In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, I2MTC 2021 has been moved to a fully virtual conference. This conference will consist of both live on-line and pre-recorded presentations. Please read through the full instructions below for details on your specific presentation type.
Oral / Lecture
Overview
Authors of Oral papers will be required to present their paper as a live, on-line Zoom presentation followed by Q&A during their scheduled timeslot. Live presentation of Oral papers is a requirement for publication in IEEE Xplore. Timeslots for Oral papers will be 15-minutes total, comprising of 12 minutes of live virtual presentation followed by 3 minutes of live Q&A. In addition, each presenter of an Oral paper is required to provide a 12-minute pre-recorded video of their talk (see Instructions below). The pre-recorded video will be used for backup purposes and on-demand viewing.

- 15-minute live Zoom slot per paper comprising:
- 12-minute live presentation
- 3-minute live Q&A
- Upload a 12-minute pre-recorded video presentation of your talk
- Upload your PowerPoint Slides saved as a PDF

Instructions
We require you to prepare and upload a pre-recorded video of your presentation, consisting of a brief introduction with webcam, followed by voice-over slides for your presentation. Please note that the file must be a video file in MP4 format (see details below). Please do not try to upload PowerPoint or PDF files.
Our recommended approach (to record a compatible video from the content displayed on your computer screen and voice recording via the computer microphone) is to record the presentation using Zoom, available to users on most platforms and in most countries.

In order for videos to be verified by the Technical Program Committee, there is considerable urgency in preparing and uploading your video. Accordingly, we ask that you please finalize your video by April 2, 2021.
Guidelines for preparing your Oral pre-recorded video:
- Duration: 12 minutes
- File size: 250MB max
- Video file format: mp4
- Dimensions:
- Minimum height: 480 pixels
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
Please note the final specifications will be checked at the time of submission and files not compliant may not be uploaded.
Please be sure the video includes the title of the Oral paper, the authors, and a mention of IEEE I2MTC 2021.
We will be sending the upload link out via email. Please contact us if you have not received it by March 19th.
As a reminder, videos that are not received by the specified deadline will be considered no-shows in accordance with the IEEE non-presented paper policy.

Poster
Overview
Poster authors will produce a one-page (A0) PDF Poster which will be presented live from a Zoom breakout room during the pre-assigned date and time of the Poster session. The Presenter is required to be available on-line during the entire duration of the Poster session for live virtual discussion of his/her Poster and Q&A. This is a requirement for publication in IEEE Xplore. Presenters will also be required to submit a pre-recorded 3-minute summary of their Poster (see Instructions below). The pre-recorded video will be used for on-demand viewing.

- Attend Zoom Poster session for live discussion and Q&A of your Poster from your computer
- Upload 3-minute pre-recorded video presentation summarizing your Poster
